They wanted to provide a resource of current development information and progress that they could easily update. They also wanted to have their site come up high in the search rankings to target those who were looking for home lots in the Rexburg, Idaho area.

    This is an incredible sales tool where Glass Creek Properties can provide important information to both realtors and potential buyers. Such information includes construction dates, utility and road completions, lot measurements, local area information, etc. In the future, the site could easily be maintained by the Home Owners Association for community use.
